Do you give botles with meals? In sippy? Straw? Bottle?
Did you do anything different when introducing milk?
DS is eating a ton, but rejecting his bottles midday, only wants them at wakeup and bedtime.
He also will push way the formula and ask and grab water bottle. But only does this mid day. He drinks a ton of water all day. Should I be offering bottle/sippy during meals?
And when you introduce milk, do you continue to give it on wakeup and at bedtime?

I introduced milk at 10 months old. Before that, DS had water with meals. I was BFing 4xs per day as well. Because he was BF, he never really took bottles. I introduced sippy cups around 5 months and switched to the ones with straws at around 6 or 7 months, and we've only used those since then.
Now, fluids (milk or water) is given with meals and at wakeup/bedtime.

I started milk around 11 months and since I BF'ed and didnt pump, we went straight to sippy cups. My DS never had bottles and I figure it made life a little easier in that department.

Our DS are about the same age. He gets a bottle when he wakes, one for an afternoon snack, when he wakes from nap and then at bedtime. He gets a water sippy at meals and if I remember to offer it at other times. I asked my ped this week about milk and she said not to switch until 1 year.
I'll probably drop the snack bottle and change to a solid snack and a water sippy sometime around 11 months. I would think about putting milk in the sippy but I'm afraid if he tastes it he won't take the formula anymore. I'll probably wean him off the eve bottle the last month by reducing ounces. At a year, I'll change the morning bottle to milk because I feel like he needs something when he wakes immediately and sometimes it's an hour before I can prepare breakfast because I have a toddler too. I'll turn that bottle of milk into a sippy probably in a week or two. I like to do things gradually because I am a worry wart and afraid of drastic change DS would probably be fine with cold turkey but I wouldn't be!
