if you are a notary... i have a question for you!

I have a document that needs to be signed by four people (me, DH, and two others).

If DH and I went to a notary, could they notarize our two signatures........ and then if the other two people brought it to a notary afterwards, could that notary notarize their two signatures, which are on the same page?

Or would we all have to go at once?

Hope this makes sense. Thanks a lot!

You do not all have to be present at the same time. The notary will be notarizing each individual signature

Thank you! So would it get notarized four separate times, or could the notary do it just once when s/he confirms my identity and DH's identity (i'm wondering if there is enough room on the document for 4 stamps)

The notary is supposed to notarize each signature individually, so yes, four separate times.
