finding it hard to sleep
Has anyone have found it hard to sleep, I am going through menopause, and if I say I get about 2 hours of sleep, and of course the night sweats it's a miracle I could cope through the day...Any suggestions on how to get a good nites sleep...:

I'm stuggling with the same problem. I'm 43 and feel like my hormones are all over the place.
The doctor prescribed me Lunesta but I haven't taken it yet because I'm afraid to. I might give it a shot though one of these days.

my mom takes black cohash that's supposed to be great to relieve symptoms - especially hot flashes. she swears by it. melatonin helps with sleep as well.

I am so happy for this thread. I thought I was going crazy.I'm 43 this year.
Night sweats & when I'm up in the middle of the night, I'm awake for the rest of the night.
I have learned that it's cyclical though. A few weeks before my period & I'm up.
Another thing that bothers me more than anything else is I find myself misspelling words all of the time.
