Has anyone booked with and/or used this photographer for newborn photos? if so, please let me know your thoughts on her work. She seems to be the least expensive photographer available.

I've never heard of them. If you like their style & they're in your price range go for it.
One thing to look for is consistency. Getting a cheap rate for a photographer that's going to hand you photos someone else could have taken for you has no value.
Ask to see a newborn portfolio. Being able to take a decent shot is one thing but newborns are a speciality.

Very well said. I have learned the hard way that you get what you pay for.
I used a photographer that I bid on for a fundraiser at DD's school. What a %&()$%^ nightmare.
I would research and get recommendations. I am very critical of photographers though so that's just my opinion. I'm tired of everyone getting and SLR and throwing up a website and calling themselves a photographer.

I have DS's newborn photos by her in my album. I'll try to get his Christmas pictures by Jen posted as soon as DS takes a nap. Anyone who's interested should check out her website - she's very talented and SO nice!

ITA! And please, if you are a pro photo...don't shoot on automatic!
Ummm yeah or in jpeg. This last woman we used gave DH this whole schpeal about why she doesn't shoot in RAW. I'm not a pro by any means but even I know a professional shoots in RAW.
