Just got this site from a coworker when we were talking about the citysports.com coupon.

Uggs are always 15% off, BUT the catch is, if you take the discount, you waive your right to returns. She said she has never had a problem and orders from them all the time, but its best to go physically try on the pair you want, just to be sure.
I checked the official Uggs site and they are an authorized online retailer.

Yes, this site is awesome! Shorty has posted about it a few times and I've recommended it to a few friends who shop from there.
You can also buy them regular price WITH return privileges, but you can save a pretty penny by buying without a return.
I want to get my mom a pair of Uggs, but I'm not sure of her size or the exact style 
Also, if you sign up for their emails, they send coupons ALL the time for extra money off Uggs (like $10 or $15 etc).
