Our two bedroom condo is located in Bath Beach, Brooklyn (by Bay Ridge). We are located near the intersection of 18th Avenue and 86th Street (about 5 blocks away)

Condo description-----
Open floor plan for the kitchen, living room and dinning room with granite
floors. The kitchen is cherry wood with granite counter-tops and back-splash; stainless steel appliances (has dishwasher), Kohler sink.

The bathroom is white marble with the same granite floor as the open area. Kohler
toilet, bath tub, and sink.

The master bedroom is sizable with a wall to wall closet by California closets (so is an organized closet). It has a pair of glass sliding doors leading into the balcony and laundry room / boiler room. The balcony can fit a small table with
chairs and a BBQ with no problem. I had a slate floor put on the balcony for easy clean-up.

The condo also comes with a stackable washer and dryer located in a room off the balcony, same room where the water heater and boiler are located. I had shelves put in there for storage.
It has a brand new water heater.

The second bedroom is ideal for a baby,small child or office. The second room does not have a closet. The maintenance fee is less than $100 a month.

There is a waiting list for a parking space in the back, but parking is the area is not a problem.

The condo is located immediately across the street from a Catholic Church
(no school) so nothing will be built in front of the condo. Church has their own parking lot.

Neighborhood is quiet...is known as Bath Beach. We are located 2 blocks from the D
train and two blocks from the X28 express bus to Manhattan. Elementary school (good one my daughter went to it) is 2 blocks away. Post office
is one block away. NYPD station is two blocks away and so is the FDNY station. We are a 5 minute drive to Coney Island. Plenty of fresh fruit
and vegetable stands on 86th Street.

Condo is also located between the BQE and Belt Parkway; five minute drive each way. It takes us 20 minutes to get to JFK as well as Newark Airport. We are right by the Verrazano bridge and a 3 minute drive to Bay Ridge. Pets are allowed as
well. There are only 2 units per floor and 3 floors in the building.

Neighbors are great! Never had a problem with them. Water is a shared bill payed at the end of the summer. I have 2 AC units at each end of the condo that will stay in the condo as well as the chandelier in the dinning room and the hallway (which is beautiful and not cheap...LOL!)
if the future buyer wants it.
