Pumps and heel slippage

For some reason I have a really hard time wearing pumps because my heels always slip out with every step I take. I feel like I have to contort my foot a certain way in order for the shoe to stay on. Does anyone else have this problem or do I just have an abnormally narrow heel?

I got these shoes in the mail today, and they are TDF but sadly I'm having heel slippage :(

yes, this happens to me too. I only have one pair of heels that doesnt do this (LAMB), or I always buy sling back heels. But these pads kinda help, I got them at Aldo.

I have this problem too -- because my feet are slightly different sizes due to a soccer accident in high school. It doesn't matter for most shoes but for some reason I always skip out of high heels with one feet - so that is why I always buy mary janes, because there is a strap across the top of the foot that prevents this problem. You wouldn't be able to tell there is a size difference if you look at my feet, but it must be like a fraction of a centimeter or something, just enough to make heels difficult!

So a tv show would have you believe! They are pretty easy to find at any place that sells Manolos.
