39w3d pregnant and headaches starting

Anyone else have this?

I have had swelling for MONTHS - my feet are really bad but I have no high blood pressure and my urine is clean

But for the past 2 days I have been getting REALLY bad headaches in the back top of my head...

Maybe it's the onset of something happeneing,,, anyone experience this right before labor?

call the OB, can be from high BP! I started getting headaches around 39 weeks and they continuously monitored my BP

I'd get your BP checked out ASAP. I am not trying to scare you but I had the same thing and wound up developing preeclampsia. I did not develop it until the end. I'm not saying that you have it or high BP, but they tell you to watch for severe headaches so to be on the safe side, I would get your BP checked. Best case is that BP is fine and it's just a headache
