Need something to wear under this BM dress - please help
So, I have to wear this dress, in this color, in 25 days. 
I have a serious belly going on left over from  . I know I'm not going to look "good" but I have this giant pooch that I really need to have flattened - spanx? What can I do? I want to kill her for picking this dress and also myself for not losing more weight before this wedding. I am also pretty sure I ordered it too small so what do I do if it doesn't even fit?

Spanx are definitely the way to go... make sure you get the kind that go all the way up to your boobs, like these:
Also, as soon as you get the dress, take it to wherever you're going to get alterations done and see if it can be let out a bit thru the bodice and waist to give you some extra room.

is there a dress barn near you?
i found the BEST spanx (not called that) at Dress Barn! I find spanx to be SOOO uncomfortable, they arent stretchy enough. This stretches really well, you can move, it doesnt ride up etc.
i got it in both nude and black!
of course i cant find it online but they have them near the register - $20! I got them at the Massapequa Store

Def. spanx! I wore them under a BM dress once and they worked wonders. I got really hot dancing all night though and eventually took them off in the bathroom, but at that point I was too drunk to care lol.

Also, as soon as you get the dress, take it to wherever you're going to get alterations done and see if it can be let out a bit thru the bodice and waist to give you some extra room.
Let's say you're on the heavier side like myself, when you sit down would this roll down?

Not if you got the right size. The under-the-boobs one is the best... if you got the ones that sit at your waist then those will fall down.

I'm wearing a similar dress soon for my sister's wedding and I got a pair of super higher power Spanx. I know they say not to order a bigger size, but I did and they work really well and are very comfy.

I agree with these. SPANX just didn't fit me right, but the dress barn ones rock!

the only issue I have ever had with the high ones, and a long dress, is going to the bathroom. the little fold over thing NEVER work without peeing all over it so I have to take them off. the high ones are impossible to take off with out taking the dress off. but- if you're desperate to use these, the under the boob ones really work the best
