Heartburn at 21 weeks normal?

I never had this before and I didn't have it with my first pregnancy! This is not comfortable at all!! Sending DH to get TUMS and he doesn't even know it yet....

Ugh, I have had it most of my pregnancy and it is AWFUL! It has gotten to the point where it doesn't even matter what I eat.
I find that Zantac works best....you can take up to zantac150.

Mine kicked in around 21 weeks, so I would say that it's very normal.

I ended up in the ER at 20 weeks thinking I was having a heart attack. It was the worst heartburn I ever had. And I suffer from GERD. Zantac 150 was a lifesaver for me. It even worked better then my prescription medicine.

Thank you ladies for the advice and support.....this is not going to be a fun 19 weeks if it keeps up....

When I told my SIL I was pregnant she told us to buy Tums every time we go to the store and that way we will almost have enough
