Ours are from Macy's but I see nice ones at Home Goods all of the time.
ETA: Ours are Samsonite and while they can take a beating, are so heavy that with the new rules really make packing hard.

how often do they travel? mostly carry-on or checked luggage?
we have several pieced from Delsey... and are utterly impressed!!! Def worth the money.. but hey are expensive...

I forget where , but the brand is TravelPro. Love it! You can find it just about anywhere - Macy's, Bloomies, Luggage stores, etc...
