where can i get a dress for a wedding...
im having such a hard time finding a dress i like that looks good... i went to macys and jcpenny and nothing so frustrating bc they had soo many dresses

I also find stuff at Lord and Taylor.. they also have a good selection

I always get lucky at Bloomingdale's! Just last night I bought a butt-kicking dress for a wedding I have next weekend. Can't wait to wear it!

I suggest Ann Taylor or Lord & Taylor (something about those Taylors) I usually find dresses at either of those

You can also try Syms (one in Westbury in one in the Commack area). Designer dresses at good prices.

not a huge selection but i always hit up tj maxx or marshalls - they have some wonderful bargains there hanging near the suit section...or even in clearance
if i dont find anything after going there, i will go to Ann Taylor, Cache or Estelles
even forever 21 has some cute black dresses out now - and for $20
