Terrible headaches??
Lately in the 2nd trimester I am getting terrible headaches. That will stay for a few days.
They are kinda at the side of my temples but also behind my eyes. I never really get sinuses or allergies, so I guess these are just Headaches or Migraines???
What do u take to help??
I have heard your vision or eye shape can change during pregnancy??? Maybe my contacts should be checked and my vision??

At my 16 week appt. I told my doctor I was suffering from the exact same headaches and nothing was helping. She told me they are pregnancy headaches and to go get a coke or cup of coffee (I don't typically drink either).
Let me tell you, the caffeine did the trick! I get them less often but a cup of coffee kicks it in about 10 minutes!

OMG this is one of my worst symptoms (other than major stuffy nose)
I feel like I have tried everything. The things I do is put an ice pack on my head for a few minutes, take 2 extra strength tylenol and have a cup of tea or coffe, the caffeine really works but only if you do it as soon as you feel the headache come on.
When all else fails I lay in my bed with the lights off thinking that I am about to have an anuerism and whine to hubby LOL

MY Dh is learning to tune me out, so the whining isn't work as well lately.
I might give in and take some tylenol. The caffeine hasn't been helping me.

I get them too! I just take Tylenol but it barely helps. I think mine are sinus headaches though so I take a shower and they get better sometimes. Do you feel congested?

I also get headaches when I skip my morning coffee so having some later in the day will help get rid of it also.
I hope you feel better! I missed our am call this morning :(

I seriously do this too. I swear something must be wrong with me. Ive been getting terrible headaches and also what seems like sinus pressure in my nose and cheeks  Its been terrible....

I've been getting them too - what a b*tch!
I've been taking Tylenol, trying to stay hydrated, drinking my morning coffee.
Sometimes, all that helps is going to bed.
