Handbags
Does anyone know where I can take a leather handbag to get "fixed up" The leather on one of my Michael Kors bags is ripping. I heard of places that will fix bags but Im not sure where to go...
I live in Queens, but would travel to Nassau if anyone has any good suggestions

Where did you go? You need to go to one of those little shoe places owned by Bukharian Jews. Those guys can fix anything leather-they are very skilled!!!

Re: Handbags
Tony's Shoe Repair in Manhasset (right on Plandome Rd).
They are recommended by all of the high-end designer stores (LV, Gucci, Prada, etc) in Americana when their bags need to repaired.
I've used them and they are great!
