Outside of Va jay pain,

Mine don't hurt but I don't want them touched AT ALL.
Unfortunately, my DD has an issue with my right boob and she likes to elbow it all the freakin time.    I think it's broken.

Mine didn't leak at all during my first pregnancy, so it doesn't always happen.
This pregnancy only my NON-BROKEN boob leaks, and that's only when I'm squishing myself into a ridiculous position...
Since you don't have a toddler to bathe yet, you should not be squishing yourself like I am.

YES....SHARP SHOOTING pains in my left one for the last few days. Feels like someone is stabbing it!
No leakage yet...I fear this...also my 1st pregnancy...not sure why this is my biggest fear!

mine have begun to hurt a bit. last pregnancy they itched so badly in the second tri. but I never really made much milk. i wonder if it will be different this time.

No, not everyone leaks.
I didn't leak at all with either of my 2 pregnancies.

They haven't hurt for the last few weeks. My problem is that one is bigger than the other. I have a couple bras that I can't wear because lefty keeps poking out of them.
I never leaked with DD (only leaked a handful of times when I was BFing) and I haven't leaked yet with this one. They grew much bigger this go around though so I wonder if I'm going to be abundant in the milk supply.

they are itchy but haven't really been in pain since the 1st tri and definitely haven't leaked yet. i'm trying to not wear spots bras as much now though b/c i'm afraid i have restricted them too much and it might hinder my milk production.
