I feel like I just got married all over again! xpost

DH and I have been married 4 years and we just set up our dining room

This weekend I dragged all of our china/crystal etc and setup the China Cabinet.

It was a pita unpacking everything but it was a lot of fun going through everything, looking at the China, stemware, vases, etc etc etc. I had forgotten about some of the gifts so sometimes it was a surprise opening the boxes.

I had packed them away with the cards and I re-read some of them, a little trip down memory lane


It looks so pretty, I feel so good it is done!

Here is the part that makes it relevant to parenting-I freed up so much space from that closet that now I can move some of the toys in there .

we can't wait to do this....hopefully the floors will be done the week prior to memorial day. after 6 months of sheetrock, painting, windows, floors, scrubbing...we can finally move our stuff in. very exciting!
