I got a tummy tuck... that certainly did the trick! 
i am saving up for one after i get pg and have DC #2 and i want a lift too my boobs were always big but not they are strectched and flat!
When i stopped nusring at 6 months i started south beach and i lost 9 pounds so far (in 2 weeks) i wasnt as strict and barely have time for the gym.

Try the F factor diet...it is high fiber and works great...I have lost 12 pounds in a month and a half and weigh 3lbs less than before I was preg.! You will lose your fat stores on this diet, which helps to flatten the belly!
