final walk through what to expect?
were going to our final walk through tonight at 5... is there anything we should expect or make sure we do...
is it proper for us to take mesaurements while we are there or should we just wait till closing tomorrow? it doesnt matter im just super excited and want to get moving on getting the paint and primer and well.. EVERYHTHING!

thanks i just dont want to walk in there and start taking measurements when its "not the time" to be doing that. the sellers are very nice from what we've seen so i cant see it being a problem but we just want everything to be done the way its supposed to

Check:
1) plumbing- turn all faucets on and off, flush toilets, run shower.
2) Electric- turn all lights on and off
3) heat- turn it on, wait for it to kick on, watch thermostat- do same thing if there is central air.
4) check to make sure that all agreed upon repairs were done.
5) If there is suppossed to be a Termite Contract- look for the baits outside around the house.
6) measure till your heart is content, take pictures and enjoy!

Def. all of this. But our REA also told us to bring a night light with us so we could check that all the electrical plugs were working properly. Stick in each outlet and make sure they all work.
