Anyone renting a doppler?
I've rented one before and I can't wait to rent it again. I'm going to this coming weekend. With my last PG I was able to find the heartbeat at 8w4d within 3 seconds of putting it on my belly. I'm 8w on Friday. I used to use it in the morning before work, after work and before bedtime. I just loved listening to the heartbeat!
Anyone else renting one?

I have a stethoscope.
I started using it at 18 weeks... just because there is a month or more between ultrasounds & I can't feel baby move due to an anterior placenta.
I forget to take my vitamins... I could never do things 3 times a day.

I've rented from both babybeat.com and heartones.com. They have all different price ranges. I only get the basic doppler. You don't really need the fancy one's but it's up to you.

I bought one for my daughter. It was cheaper than renting it for the next 6 mos. I paid $75 with shipping. I gave it to her for her b'day on Sat. and were able to hear the heartbeat that night. She's 11w2days now.

DH bought me one on Ebay. It's the HiBebe bt-200. I can't remember exactly how much he said he spent. Somewhere between 50-75 with shipping.
I loved mine in the beginning. It was comforting be able to hear him. It took me a while before I could find the HB but when I did I was hooked.
I don't use it as much anymore especially now that  kicks like a ninja all day.

my friend had bought one and gave it to me to borrow this pregnancy - i love it, puts my mind at ease since i havent felt the baby move yet

I bought it on Ebay (brand new) 3Mhz Contec Sonoline B Fetal Heart Doppler Pocket fetal doppler B (lcd with backlight).
