Another Battle with the Oil Company

So a few months ago we fell behind on our oil payments. I called and explained the situation and they agreed to deliver small increments of oil until we caught up. OK well we finally caught up with our pymts and had a zero balance, about 2 wks later we ran out of oil. I call the tragar and they apologize and sent someone over to deliver oil and restart the unit.

Today I get a $125 charge for that person coming over. I call and inform them that we have a service contract. Apparently when we fell behind on our pymts my oil contract was breached and I was no longer on automatic deliver and am responsible for paying the $125 b/c it was MY fault that we ran out of oil. At no point was I informed that I was no longer on automatic delivery. They insist that I must have been told. My response was I have a 4 month old and a child with asthma in my home, why would I risk my children getting sick in a cold home when I could easily go outside and read the gauge on the oil tank and call for oil when I need it? She had no answer but states I'm responsible anyway. The guy who came just delivered the oil and pressed a button how is that $125, I live right around the block from them. My brother who is in the buisness in NC says they were suppose to change nozzles and so forth when it runs out of oil and they didn't so the ladies response at tragar was " well since your brother is in the buisness why didn't you have him come over to service you" ummmmm probably b/c I'm paying YOU to do that!!!!

I pay about 2k in oil every year but I guess its not enough to keep a customer

I've had to many problems with Tragar in the last 2 years so please reccomend you oil company
