Re: Farmingdale
We just moved here.....east side. Love it. I have to say I love the neighborhood feel where I am. Tons of kids and everyone has been so nice. We even had people bring over pizza and beer when we were doing renovations.
As far as the schools I dont have kids yet but checked with family friends that live here that do and both parents are teachers in other district and so far they are very happy with the schools here.

Re: Farmingdale
I really like Farmingdale. The streets you're looking at are South Farmingdale. I'm in that vicinity too. The schools are good, neighborhoods are really nice, and it's centrally located.

I am over near Michel Park. Its north of 109 and south of Conklin. We are still in Suffolk and just outside of the village.
We love it. We totally renovated our house. so we bought cheaper knowing we would be doing all the work.

I am Farmingdale but North Massapequa section
I love it here. I grew up in Massapequa so I know this area pretty well. We are very happy here. Our neighbors are awesome and their kids go to the school and no complaints
good luck on the house hunt!
