Cost of Architect
My parents have a ranch and we plan on adding a dormer converting the house to a legal mother/daughter. Does anyone have any idea what the average cost of an architect is for drawing up plans?

We had extension done 2008 - master b/r - bathroom-walk in closet..$1500 not including permits. He had to re-do them after having to meet Town requirements - still same price.

2008 - $1500 as well. We dormered a cape, knocked down walls, reconfigured stuff. A lot of work...
