giving db flaxseed oil
my ped told me to give 7.5 mo mineral oil for terrible constipation issues- 1 tsp 2x a day. i actaully want ot switch ehr to flaxseed oil- does anyone know if the dose is the the same?

We were told to use flaxseed oil when DS was about 9 months. 1 tsp per day the first week, then 2 tsp per day the second week and 3 tsp per day the 3rd week, then it stays at 3 tsp per day.
It has helped him with this constipation and eczema.
