Re: Kettlebells
I was just looking to buy one on Amazon. It seems like it would be a good, quick workout for home.

Re: Kettlebells
I have a 3-lb kettlebell. We got the Kettlenetics DVD that came with one. I've only ever tried it with the DVD workout, not on my own doing other things.
It's OK... not my favorite workout in the world, but it's really good for the arm muscles. I do find I have to be careful with some of the "swinging" motions from the floor to the ceiling and back, because my lower back hurts afterwards. But I don't know if that's a function of the kettlebell itself, or the particular workout I'm using, or an indicator that I need to work on strengthening my back muscles.
HTH!

Re: Kettlebells
My gym just got these.. Used them this morning..lol.
I use with walking lunges, squats, arm curls, around the world (place in one hand and swing around back to other). They can feel a lil awkward at first but you get used to it. Great for toning.
