already dreaming of decorating!

So I'm already thinking about how to decorate our new house! I want to have a good idea of what I want to do before we move in since we won't be moving in till were pretty much done with the cosmetic work in the house were very lucky my parents are not rushing us out!I have ideas of what I want but am really bad with making them work so I'm looking for some inspiration!

For our room I really want something romantic! I love the idea of something red on the walls with black and white decor and a nice chandelier. As for the dining room its hideous currently they have bright blue walls with a chair rail and blue and white flower wall paper under
my nanny is graciously giving us her dining room set its very old. Antique white with awful orange seats which I will recover but I could use some ideas its not a very big space so I want it to feel open! TIA I hope to be posting more on here I'm sure ill have ton of questions
