So riddle me this
Here is the thing I dont get about lucky chic and I see it happening really often.
Lets just use some random numbers....
Say there is a $20 gift card, I have seen people bid at least 20 times at .60 per pid, so thats 12.00, then there is 1.50 shipping, so you are at 13.50, then the final cost of the item is say 6.00 or so, you are at like 19.50, what is the point? I have actually seen it happen where the total cost when all is said and done, exceeds the gift card amount?????
Plus, then, there are people who are constant bidders on everything, but arent necessarily winning that much.....wouldnt one think that what youve spent in chips alone and bidding on items you DIDNT win,would negate the "good deals" on the items that were won?
I dont know if its just me, or if there is some strategy Im not understanding?

I agree. Once I read more about how the site works (paying to bid, etc) and realized it wasn't straight bidding like eBay I decided not to join.
Not worth the trouble for me...

i think people get so caught up in the bidding that they don't realize that its not really worth it.
