at least thats what I believe it is...watch all this time I've been wrong...
It's also going on a large ship with a bunch of seniors and eating way too much food that really isn't that good

Cruising = standing up on both feet moving around the room while holding onto furniture.

It is when they walk and hold onto furniture, your hands etc - basically walking and holding onto something. I don't consider them to be walking until they can take multiple steps without holding onto anything at all.
