Fence help
we would like to replace the fence we currently have on our property. we are a corner property- so its ALOT of fence. we want to change the location also- in terms of how far up on the house it comes. who do I need to contact to see what we are allowed or not allowed to do? my DH can put up the fence himself - we just want to make sure we put it in the right place. do i call the town assessor or the surveyor? or someone else?
