Aqua Customers????
My mother just called me with the lovely news that our rates are going up 12% over the next 3 years, and 9.1% in the first year. We already pay basically double what everyone else pays so I can't understand how this is possible!

That sucks and they suck as a company.
I am so glad I am now done with them. Originally I thought I would have them being town of Oyster Bay, but I just found out two weeks ago I have Plainview/Old Bethpage water service. Average monthly winter bill is like $6-7 bucks.
