Do you pay your daycare provider for sick day?
Just curious..what do I do if my nanny is sick and I have to pay for emergency daycare? Do you still pay them? We never discussed this and I do pay her for holidays or days when I don't need her.

I did, because it was only one time around the holidays. If it was more than one day, or if it became a "habit", I definitely wouldn't.
I don't have to pay someone else on those days (my Mom takes him) but if I did, I wouldn't pay her.
