We are in contract!!!
FINALLY! It's been 5 and a half weeks since they accepted our offer, and our lawyers just got our fully executed contracts today.
I can't believe we're really doing this!!! I'm from Brooklyn and have only ever lived in apartments my whole life. This is so crazy to me; I can't believe I'm going to have my own home!!!
And look how cute it is:

Re: We are in contract!!!
Thank you, everybody!
I don't know what I'm happier about - the fact that we found a great house, or the fact that I don't have to spend free time looking obsessively house-hunting anymore!
