What is your favorite holiday decoration?
One of my favorites is the German Incence Smoker. I received one from a friend who lives in Germany and I absolutely loved it. It's pretty cool. You put a smoking cone on a little tin inside and the smoke comes out of his pipe.

Oh I love these guys. My girlfriend who is 1/2 german puts out this beautiful collection that she inherited from her German grandmother...
I love this old fashioned carved Santa Claus that is about 16 inches tall. I call him Babo Natale "Father Christmas" in Italian.
I also love this old Santa on his sleigh with reindeer figurine that has been put on our family tree since I was born. It still smells the same way it did 30 plus years ago.
