Does anyone have a mortgage with them? Their rates are the lowest I have seen so far and lock in is 60 days.

I have talked with Bethpage Credit Union but their lock in is 45 days, Astoria is low but you have to make an appointment with Loan Officer to meet you, and I love Bruce from continental but his rates are above these two.
