its getting so hard to not tell them!!!
Im 6 weeks so i feel strange telling them, and then i feel like december is too late
i'm even less! we just told our parents and siblings though and I just kept saying "its REALLY early though so just pray for us"
Thanksgiving is too early to do the BIG reveal ( aunts/uncles/cousins ) but Christmas is too late! ARGH!
but i cant wait to hear their reaction when you tell them!

Here's how I want to announce and I don't mind sharing the idea for you all!
(Note - I read this somewhere but I don't remember where).
Have all family members pose together for a picture. You stand in the middle. DH takes the pic, with the warning, "on the count of three, everyone smile!" So he then will go "one, two..." but instead of three he will say "Jennarose is pregnant" and then take the pic. You are in the middle smiling and the pic captures forever the shocked and surprised look on everyone's face!

i saw this on youtube... except they did a video not a still camera
and the woman was having twins so it was extra exciting lol

Because of all you have been through I would say something before dinner. I know the funny things are great, but you guys have been through a lot and to be able to explain you are at a much safer place in this pregnancy and that the baby is well is a true blessing. I just think with everything you have had to deal with comedy may be lost in fear. Does that make sense?
How about before dinner just saying....I know we don't say anything special but we just wanted to thank you all for your support this past year. It's been rough on all of us, and so it's my pleasure to announce that we are 10weeks along with a healthy pregnancy! Then I would show the u/s picture.

Do what they did on full house...rebecca served uncle jesse ALL BABY FOODS such as baby carrots,baby peas etc 
and then, since uncle jesse didnt get it, they played pictionary.....
Cheese 1/2 ink a baby !!!!

ITA with every word of this. Thats how I plan on telling my family when the time comes. I want to eliminate the fear factor right away so everyone can just be happy for us.

My BF did this and it is truly the BEST picture I have ever seen...instead of saying "say Cheese" he said "on the count of 3 everyone say D's pregnant" price less picture!
