i hear you. i am lucky that i havent gained anything (yet) but I have no desire to do anything, not even put laundry away or make my bed. i am exhausted

Is my commute enough?
Every week I tell myself I'm going to at least go for walks on the weekend and i get busy and it just doesn't happen. I also thought of ordering a yoga DVD but our DVD player is on the fritz.

I haven't been working out at all. But, I have a heart condition, which we are keeping an eye on during the pregnancy, so I'm purposely not working out.
I do take a walk every day
