Starting Fenugreek today
I tried MMP, but did not work for me. I think I may not have taken enough, but now I am moving on to Fenugreek. I am planning on taking 3 pills 3x a day. Does that sound right? and from what I hear, maple syrup is in my future. When will I start to smell (lol) and will it be obnoxiously obvious? Will I make my co-workers hungry for breakfast?

When I started fenugreek, I noticed an increase in my supply the next day. I only notice the smell when I sweat

It's obviously obnoxious (well, on me!!) when I'm in bed nursing with my arm up and my nose in my pit! 
I take (3) 1500mg capsules 2X a day with breakfast & lunch and one or teo when I get home from work *if* I remember.

THat is what I took 3 pills 3 times a day! I only really noticed when I sweat, under my arm when I raised them over my head and when I peed! HAHA! Hopefully all things that only I was close enough to notice! But my DH def did notice it! But he liked it! HAHAHA!!!!
It took a couple of days to see it work! But it def did work!

OK - so since it's not "sweating" season, hopefully I won't smell like a waffle!

I was thinking about starting this too. Where can you buy it? 9 pills a day sounds like a lot though, am I understanding these posts correctly? And how long do you generally have to take it? Like, after week if your supply increases can you stop and keep your supply or is it an ongoing thing that I'd have to take throughout my time BFing? Sorry for all the questions!

I used the Fenugreek liquid supplement (tasted gross) but worked immediately. Good luck to you!

lol!! I forgot - my pee smelled like DILL for the first few days. 
And DH refuses to "smell" me!

I have been taking it since Monday. I did 3 pills, 3xs a day. I haven't noticed a change yet. But, I didn't smell the maple smell. So yesterday, I bumped it up to 4 pills, 3xs a day. I noticed the smell this morning. I won't know if there is an increase yet though because I am home from work today with the baby and not pumping. Hopefully when I go back to work, I'll notice something.

YEah, you take a LOT of pills. From what I understand, some people are able to stop it once the level gets up and some have to continue it.

Keep me posted!!! From what people say if you don't smell like maply syrup you arent's taking enough - so maybe 4 pills is what you need!
