i want this look on the eyes.

what kind do you think she uses? cream eye liner? anyone use a good one?

looks like eyeliner, a charcoal colored eye shadow, and mascara...if you go to youtube.com and type "smokey eyes" there are tons of tutorials.

You can achieve the second look (red top) with either cream or shadow. Depends on what you feel more comforable blending with. Start off with a primer, and apply a neutral base like bone over your entire lid. Then use a brown shade compatible with your skin tone and apply that over your eye lid and work upwards so that it naturally blends with the bone. You can either use a black pencil and smudge to soften (you can skip this process if you'd like), then apply a thin line of black shadow with a thin angled eye liner brush and blend that in with the brown. apply the same black underneath the eye from outer eye to inner depending on how bold you want it to be. Just smudge from outer to inner. If you'd like apply a pearly white just above your brow line to get that shiny look and finish off with 1 if not 2 coats of mascara. HTH

Both those girls also have their upper & lower inner lids lined and photo #1 definitely has false lashes (#2 looks like it too).

I personally don't like to use eyeliner other than on the inner lids. I use shadow for everything else. If I need the color to be more intense, I just wet my brush before each application of shadow.
