Homeowner RAVE---HOMESHIELD!

My mom bought us the Homeshield as a housewarming gift when we bought our house.

We have had some plumbing issues in the last few weeks where when we flushed the toilet upstairs, it would pour out of the ceiling downstairs in the high hat in the bathroom...well we called our homeshield, and they sent a plumber, he snaked the line and voila it works. 2 weeks pass and the same thing starts to happen again....

They send another plumber he tells us he thinks the pipe is cracked, and that he has to remove the toilet upstairs, and break the ceiling downstairs to replace the whole thing...
Ends up the pipe was cracked right under the toilet upstairs. He didn't even have to break anything, took the toilet off the floor and popped the new pipe in and its all better now...

All of this cost me my $75 copay whereas if I didn't have Home Shield, it probably would've been at LEAST a few hundred dollars...
