Also, if you block your server in with plants, (kinda like in farmville) the server doesn't have to walk all over, she throws the food!!
be careful with this, my waiters stopped serving completely last night with this setup.
As long as you block the waiter in where he/she can still reach the counters to serve, it will work.
I had it working for a few days and then it just stopped.

just a tip -- make sure that your tables are set up that the front of the table is accessible to your waiters.
they will NOT serve from behind a chair -- so if you have a table facing the edge and the only way to get to them, is from behind the chair - they won't serve.
you still have to do it like this, even if you block in your staff---which has been working awesome for me!

OHH that explains why...I have 3 tables side by side so it looks like a long table and the middle person never gets served lol...
