Mastitis and low supply in infected breast?
Is this normal?? Does the supply go back up? How long does it take...???
I gotta say our body is AMAZING... my uninfected breast is making up, so much more milk.....thankfully Im still able to make enough to feed DS...

I think it'll take a little while, but your body should re-regulate. You need some time to heal before you can get back to regular nursing and pumping on that side - once you can do that it should go back up. I agree with you that our bodies are pretty awesome though - glad your other side is picking up the slack! Hope you feel much better soon.

i just have to say 
I was just diagnosed with mastitis too and it's killing mee 
in my case it occured bc im making TOO MUCH milk though

BUMP...
My other breast is getting lazy.... how to break in the frozen stash today...
Im scared to take anything like fenugreek to boost my supply and then become engorged (which would prolong the infection)..
Im just wondering if this is normal, and if it will resume normalcy
