2400 sq ft house and we pay $1626 with $250 deductible and deductions for alarm system and multiple lines - meaning we also insure our cars with the company, so get a discount.

I know I can save a good bit with a higher deductible but, I don't want it. I'd rather get the money when I have to make a claim as I had to last year after an electrical storm caused a surge that ruined electronics and the refrigerator, and lightning hit our well pump destroying it.

2400 sq ft house plus an outbuilding and we pay $1626 with $250 deductible and deductions for alarm system and multiple lines - meaning we also insure our cars with the company, so get a discount.
