I know this is always a topic
but what REALLY helped you with feeling nauseous? I'm just looking for new ideas, I feel like complete and total crap. I cannot sleep because of it and I can hardly take care of my DC. I felt like this the first time aorund, but not to this level. Please any suggestions?

I have been keeping the fridge stocked with ginger ale. I have a little bit of that with a handful of wheat thins...seems to do the trick for me.

Zofran and to a lesser extent Preggie Pops. I had to be in the medicine because I could not eat or drink anything even water.

Sucking on Charms Sour Balls
Sucking on lemon wedges
small sips of Gatorade
eating a handful of nuts (almonds specifically)
It gets better, I promise!
