need hair product advice for frizzy hair
I have curly/frizzy hair that I often blow dry, but it still gets really frizzy. Please suggest some products to help -- don't tell me Moroccan Oil (gave me a rash)!
TIA.

Re: need hair product advice for frizzy hair
Not sure if this is something that you'd consider but I'll throw it out there.
I used Rusk Anti Curl treatment. There are 3 different types - #1 for normal hair
#2 for coarse, porous, permed or highlighted hair,
#3 for resistant hair (extremely curly hair and African American hair).
You can apply it yourself, but I had my stylist do it because I didn't trust myself to do it.
After the treatment, I couldn't put my hair up or behind my ears or wash it for like two days. It was pin straight. After I washed it, it took 10 minutes to blow it straight but if I want waves/curls, I can have them pretty easily.
I had it done two weeks ago and my hair doesn't frizz anymore. It's supposed to last for four months and I have had no breakage at all.
This woman applied it herself
You can buy the treatment for about $25. I had it done at my salon for $130. My stylist followed the treatment with a neutralizer - not sure if that made a difference as far as my good results and I don't know what kind she used...
edited because i got 1, 2 and 3 wrong so i stole the correct descriptions from another site

I just found a new stylist in West Babylon who highly recommended this Rusk treatment, although she said it lasts 6 months. but you can't wash your hair for 2 days and goodbye frizz
I got a haircut by her yesterday and it came out phenomenal the girl is truly talented

can you get this done if you dye your hair frequently (like once a month)?

Love that we went to the same girl, I am seeing jessica sunday for lunch! I will let her know how much you loved your hair, and i will ask her about if the rusk is safe for color treated hair!
