Which order?
We need to have the following done in our new house:
1) Clean Central A/C Air Ducts - this is impt. b/c there was a mold issue in the attic, so we def. want it done early
2) Refinish (Sand) hardwood floors - I know this will create a lot of dust, unless we go with one of the new dustless cos.
3) Paint
Which order is best? If we do the ducts before the hardwood, then won't the hardwood dust get in the ducts and ruin it?

call someone in asap to look at your CAC because mold in one spot probably means that the system is not set up correctly. cleaning mold now will only lead to more...

I would sand first, then clean out the CAC, then paint.
You are going to have to clean out the fan and filters and everything after you sand anyway. Just do it all at once.
