How often do you go through your drawers and closet?

My closet is stuffed again. I think it's time. But looking back, I seem to do it every fall.

I do it twice a year. Once in the fall and once in the spring. We have limited space in our apartment so I try to get rid of anything I do not wear. Plus it makes more room in the closet so I can buy new clothes.

Twice. Right before winter and summer. Those are the two seasons I tend to buy a lot of new clothes for and I always need the room.

Not nearly enough. I keep piling the new stuff on top of the old. I don't even know what I have anymore. It's really bad.

Twice a year...when I switch our clothes for the season.

I get rid of anything that I did not wear that season or anything that was worn very little as well as anything that has stains, holes, and/or lost its shape etc.

I don't like having my drawers & closet stuffed.

And I'm too lazy to fix it.

And honestly if it was up to me I would burn every sweater, every pair of pants, every boot I own. Looking at them depresses me.
I hate winter clothes- I hate being confined, restricted, closed in, bulked up.

If I had my way I would wear summer skirts and dresses and shorts and tanks and open toe shoes all year round!

I normally do it as I am taking the next season out

but I am doing it again for my summer stuff now- I have so much I don't wear- that doesn't fit etc

I am having an ebay garage sale this week and next week with it

I have way too much stuff

I do it every once in a while but I have a very hard time parting with clothes, even if I haven't worn it in a while! I always feel like .. "well what if I decide to wear it 2 weeks from next Wednesday and I don't have it..." and it will be about a sweater that I haven't worn in like 2+ years!

i go through my stuff all the time, i give things that don't fit to my sister, i feel like i am always outgrowing stuff. things shrink

my closet is huge, and not even 50% full.
the only thing thats full is the bags and shoe sections.

My plan is for twice a year but each "round" takes weeks or months.

I do it when I can't close the draws or hang anything anymore

All the time--I get rid of things when they annoy me, more than do a bulk purge, but I think I need to purge shoes that I didn'twear at all this summer.

not enough
I hate getting rid of clothes unless they're worn out
so I keep them & wear them until I notice them starting to look worn
Trying not to buy new stuff until I get rid of the old
I hate accumulating stuff
