Yet another Scheduled C-Section ?

Yet another Scheduled C-Section ?
This is prob a really silly question...but when you have a schduled C Section and your water doesn't "break"...what happens to all the fluid? Do you pee it out? Does it just come out with blood after the surgery? I know this is silly, but with DS I had an emergency C Section after being in labor 14 hours so my water broke and that is how most of the fluid came out. Just wondering what happens in this situation.

dont quote me but im assuming when they cut you open it spills out onto the table  cause they do cut into the sac to get the little babe out, you know?
thats what i always thought happened! i hope im not WAY off here?
