Want to see some insane dancing?
These people are a dance crew that teach Zumba

They move like crazy - I'm obsessed with that down up move - I would love to do it without looking like I'm having a seizure!!!

That's awesome!
I took my first Zumba class last night- and LOVED it! We didn't move nearly as fast as that- but still worked up an insane sweat! I can't wait to go again!

They rarely look like that unless the same group has been together for years and they get up to that point. Zumba rocks!!!

I do this song and this routine in one of the Zumba classes I take  Also the other one (the boom boom song) and let me tell you I leave DRIPPING!!!

I do this in my other zumba class ( I take it twice a week with 2 different instructors and they each have their own "style" so to speak).

No kidding! I have been doing this for 25 years by myself in my bedroom as a kid or later in my LR.
ETA: When I was into fitness and had clients I also told them to do that. It's a great fun cardio. You never think you are working out.
