Is it gas or the baby...I'm so confused

So i'm 11w6d today and every now and then( maybe once a day for 2 days) I feel this weird sensation in my belly. It's like little waves of something. I know what gas feels like, but this is 100% different and last for millaseconds. I only notice it when i'm sitting still like reading or on the internet and by the time I notice it it's over and it leaves me thinking hummmm...Could it be the baby? I saw Peanut moving last week so I know it's active or do you think its something else?

sounds like it may be the baby..the only reason I am hesitant to say definately yes is because it may be too early to start feeling flutters..jmo I hope it is the baby though that would be wonderful
