Anyone ever had their flip flop fixed?
My son broke my Tory Burch flrip flop!
You know the middle rubber piece that goes in between your toes? He pulled it out and broke the round plastic /rubber thing that is on the sole of the shoe. I LOVE these flip flops and don't want to throw them out!
Can a shoe maker fix that?

I would bring them to Nordstroms and ask if they can fix them, maybe they will give you a new pair.

Don't tell them that your son broke them.
Just bring them back and tell them that they didn't hold up. If they can't help you call the showroom in NYC.

IME, Tory Burch customer service is horrible. Bring the flip flops back to where you bought them and say that they broke.
