i've since picked up a bag of raw sugar from trader joe's, but have only used honey since 
so tasty and soothing.

I will only use real sugar I am not into artifical sweetners and foods with lots of chemicals in it. Everything in moderation if you dont over do the sugar intake you dont have to worry about GD.

I only use regular sugar.
The artificial stuff gives me migraines.

Only real suger, even before I was pregnant..but, I have been even more careful since pregnant (will not drink diet etc.) The artificial stuff scares me!
